Field Support Engineer

We are currently looking for a Field Support Engineer (Region Namur) for an international company active in the agriculture, food production, and distribution sector. The organization operates across multiple sites including offices, warehouses, retail locations, and operational environments throughout Belgium.

This position combines onsite and remote support activities in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to end users across different locations
• Handle incidents and service requests for business users, warehouses, and operational sites
• Execute IMAC activities (Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes)
• Perform troubleshooting and problem-solving on hardware and software issues
• Support operational equipment such as: Printers
• Hand scanners
• Meeting room equipment

Contribute to integration and deployment projects

Participate in after-hours support and standby rotation

Register and follow up incident calls during support duty

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
• Customer-oriented and service-minded
• Able to work autonomously and manage priorities independently
• Strong team spirit and stakeholder management skills
• Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to share knowledge and document solutions
• Flexible, proactive, and positive mindset
