We’re looking for an Azure Cloud Support Engineer to help operate, support and continuously improve Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments within an international technical organization.

This role is ideal for a strong Level 2 or early Level 3 engineer who wants to deepen expertise in Azure cloud operations, automation and platform reliability, supported by senior cloud engineers, modern tooling and real ownership.

Main Responsibilities

What you will do :

  • Provide L2–L3 support for Azure cloud, hybrid infrastructure and platform incidents
  • Operate and monitor Azure environments with a focus on stability, security and scalability
  • Take end-to-end ownership of incidents, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Contribute to automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives
  • Apply cloud security and governance best practices
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and support L1/L2 colleagues

  • Fewer recurring incidents through solid root cause analysis
  • Faster incident resolution and improved observability
  • Practical automation that reduces manual effort
  • Steady growth towards a full Level 3 Cloud Engineer scope

Requirements

You bring

  • ~5 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure or IT operations
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Entra ID, VMs, networking, storage)
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking & security fundamentals
  • Experience with Citrix Workspace / Virtual Apps & Desktops
  • Experience in an ITIL / ITSM-driven environment
  • PowerShell scripting experience or strong motivation to develop it
  • Fluent English (working language)
