As a Admin & Technical Support Coordinator, you will be part of the “Site and OLO Management” team within the Network Infrastructure department of our client. In this role, you play an essential part in the daily management of access resources and external services. You ensure smooth administrative and operational handling of all requests and actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Registering, following up, and processing requests for external access and contracting.
  • Monitoring the progress of requests and escalating in case of delays or uncertainties.
  • Actively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
  • Performing semi-annual audits of access lists and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Ordering standard services from contracted external suppliers.
  • Updating network and service data in internal systems.
  • Processing and verifying invoices from external parties.
  • Creating and managing user authorizations via the access management platform.
  • Supporting colleagues in executing standard processes and resolving access-related issues.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for a structured, communicative, and technically oriented team player with strong administrative skills. You are able to set priorities independently and work accurately within established procedures.

You bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent level through experience.
  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally with a background as a Field Engineer.
  • Fluent knowledge of Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
  • Customer-oriented mindset and proactive working attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Technical affinity with networks, access management, or infrastructure is an asset.
