Main Responsibilities
- You take full responsibility for the entire project management process — starting from defining the scope and preparing the business case, all the way to implementation and final delivery.
- You manage stakeholders effectively, translating business needs into practical and workable IT solutions.
- You lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure smooth collaboration between internal colleagues and external partners.
- Thanks to your proactive approach to risk and issue management, you can spot potential problems early and put the right solutions in place.
- You play a key role in managing suppliers: you help select the right partners and closely follow up on their performance, making sure they meet quality, budget, and planning expectations.
- You ensure smooth transitions with a thoughtful change management approach, guiding teams through the adoption of new systems and processes.
- You contribute to improving project management by coaching your colleagues, sharing your knowledge, and helping optimise ways of working.
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a complex environment, preferably within the distribution sector.
- You hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- You have hands-on experience with ERP implementations, specifically within Microsoft Business Central.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you keep a cool head when things change quickly.
- You have a solid understanding of IT architecture and business applications.
- Experience with project portfolio management or change management is considered a strong asset.
- You are fluent in either Dutch or French, and you speak the other national language very well. You also have a strong command of English.
- You’re used to switching gears quickly and making decisions when needed.
- A certification in project management or change management is a nice bonus.
