Main Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of second-line support for IT-related incidents and service requests, both remotely and on-site.
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues with confidence and precision, ensuring quick resolution or proper escalation to third-line support when needed.
  • Work closely with service providers and internal teams to guarantee a seamless end-user experience.
  • Keep documentation and the knowledge base up to date and continuously improve support procedures.
  • Participate in technical deep-dives, infrastructure upgrades, and proactive system improvement projects.
  • Monitor recurring issues and help implement structural fixes to reduce incoming support volume.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in an IT support role (2nd line or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting across different platforms and environments.
  • Strong command of digital workplace technologies like Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 (including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), networking fundamentals, and mobile device management.
  • Familiarity with cloud support and management (e.g. MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) is a very strong plus.
  • Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL, etc.) are a strong asset.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • Analytical mindset, hands-on attitude, and able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
