The Tech Lounge Specialist provides a wide range of services essential for the operation of a client centric onsite IT services model called Tech Lounge. He/She will work with the Tech Lounge team to provide outstanding customer service and support. Works with leading technologies such a lean laptop, modern desktop setups and the latest mobile devices in a fast-paced environment. The Tech Lounge Specialist will be tasked to quickly diagnose technology issues at the Tech Lounge or remote for both hardware and software utilize the relevant tools available. Additionally, the Specialist will provide clients clear guidance, advise and resolution with patience and empathy to enhance the overall customer experience while visiting the Tech Lounge.
