About the job
- As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for the resolution of technical ICT incidents such as:
- Software incidents (MS Windows, MS Office, ERP systems, …)
- Hardware incidents (Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Smart Phones, …)
- Network incidents
- Cable snaps and power failure
- Problem with appliances and applications
- You will resolve these incidents either by Phone, Email or Remote tools.
- You will learn how to provide services to customers in an ITIL environment.
- As you grow experience in the team, you will be able to grow to more Senior positions.
- A first experience in ICT support is welcome
- If you have no experience in ICT support, we are looking for someone who has followed an intensive training in ICT or someone who has an experience in customer service.
- A good knowledge of ICT basics (Hardware, Software & Networks)
- A very good level of both French, Dutch and English
- Driving license
